apple tv + app

I am signed into my apple tv + app on my iphone and can see/watch the Outlander Season 7 which I purchased. I can also see and watch it on my TV using the apple tv + app. But when I try to watch it on my other tv using the apple tv + app, I can't find it. I searched for it and it comes up with no results. the only thing I noticed was the main tv has my library and purchase at the top once logged into the app but on my other tv "apple tv+, MLS, search and settings are at the top. No Library or purchase. I uninstalled the apple tv app from my samsung tv and reinstalled it thinking maybe it would download/install the latest app. I feel it's not the latest or same version of the app that is on my main samsung tv. Any suggestions? This is the only app that I've had this happen. Netflix, prime always show the same shows on all my devices.
