Lost emails after migration
Recently migrated from old Mac Book Air to new one. Then discovered missing about 200 emails. Apple can't do anything because it involves Gmail. Looking for Google help has gotten me cross eyed.

Exactly how did you migrate, wi-fi, Ethernet, thunderbolt, Time Machine backup????
Wifi with the help of Apple tech support.
Wi-Fi is generally not recommended as it is the least reliable method. I would suggest connecting the old Macs Time Machine backup to the new Mac and use Migration Assistant to migrate from the Time Machine backup to the new Mac, that works 100% of the time assuming the External Hard Disk is in good working order.
I think I need to clarify some things. I'm using an iMac and a Mac Book Air. The iMac was not involved in the migration and I do use an external drive for the time machine on that computer.
The migration was between 2 Mac Book Air laptops. I do not have an ext had drive for the old MacBook Air.
Those missing gmails are gone from all of my devices.
Regardless of whether I get those gmails back I do appreciate your responses.
Just discovered something. All of my emails in Apple mail are intact. Doesn't look like I lost any of them. Only the gmails.
