[Bug Report] iPadOS17 Notification Badge on Folders

My folders show red badges even with all apps in them are disabled with badges. This first occurred after my update to iPadOS17 and rearranged several apps. Rebooting solves the problem but after a few rearrangement of apps, the red badges on folders appear again.

Moreover, when dragging an app out from a folder with red badge out to home screen, the folder stops showing the badge, but after putting the app back in, the red badge appears again. After a few trials, a duplicate of the app being moved were left on the home screen. The deletion of either one duplicate will remove all duplicated icons from the home screen.
