Not much to go on, but...

EtreCheck is a FREE simple little diagnostic tool to display the important details of your system configuration and allow you to copy that information to the Clipboard. It is meant to be used with Apple Support Communities to help people help you with your Mac. It will not display any personal info.

Thanks for Old Toad’s etrecheck instructions…

that does not happen in unmodified macOS.

By far the easiest way to cause poor performance, instability, overheating and crashing is to install ANY third-party speeder-uppers, Cleaners, Optimizers, or Virus scanners. or a VPN that you installed yourself.

The idea that a third party, with no special knowledge of the inner workings of MacOS, can somehow find a simple way to protect your computer — that is not already being done by MacOS itself — suggests that the MacOS developers are somehow "holding out on you". That is absurd.

You should remove any and all (other than Apple built-in) virus scanners, speeder uppers, optimizers, cleaners, App deleters or VPN packages you installed yourself, or anything of that ilk.

Third-party file Sync-ers such as DropBox, BackBlaze, OneDrive, or GoogleDrive can ruin performance, but are not inherently dangerous.

great! that takes a whole raft of troublemaker off the table!

Kernel Panic Reports are stored at:

/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports

If you copy and paste that string into:

Finder > Go menu > Go to Folder

it will take you to the Folder where those reports are stored.

They are named with Date&Time and start or end in ‘panic’

If you find one, please post the entire report here, by using the “additional text” Icon in the reply footer (looks like a paper with writing).

Please don’t post more about 20 lines of any other types of reports — they are interminable, and any information useful for this purpose is on the first screenful.

I am not familiar with Synamedia Videoguard. if it is anti-malware, intended to "protect' you by crashing your Mac, it could be involved. Otherwise, just as you said, your Mac looks clean of any known troublemakers that I could see.

Based on this part of the report, I think you may have a hardware problem:

Diagnostics Information (past 7-30 days):

2023-10-08 06:41:00 Kernel Panic (3 times)

Details:

panic(cpu 0 caller 0xfffffe0020b03030): "LLC Bus error from cpu0: FAR=

0x583008000 LLC_ERR_STS\/ADR\/INF=0x11000ffc00000080\/0x30000058300800

0\/0x1 addr=0x583008000 cmd=0x18(acc_cifl2c_cmd_rd_ld)"@AppleFireStorm

ErrorHandler.cpp:424

Panicked task 0xfffffe2ce1661e18: 0 pages, 647 threads: pid 0: kernel_

task

This appears to be reporting multiple instances of Bus Error, which does not happen on a Mac that is operating properly.

________

You should run the User diagnostic.

-- If trouble is found, you can go to an Apple store or Apple-authorized service provider for evaluation and assistance.

-- if trouble is NOT found, a visit to the Genius Bar MAY be a waste of time, because they do not read panic reports. If your Mac passes their more comprehensive diaignostics, it will be returned to you, "no fault found". They MIGHT be able to get it to crash if they hold it, running test, all night long.

Instead, I recommend you contact Apple support and work with them. The first responders have some scripts they follow, typically including running for a while in Safe Mode where no third-party add-ons run automatically, and making sure your software is completely up-to-date.

Work with them, be polite and professional, then ask for a Specialist to contact you. Apple agents can read items already posted on the forums, if you give them a pointer to it, but they do NOT take our conclusions at face value, preferring their own possibly more rigorous processes.

What you are looking for is either a solution, or to have them DIRECT an Apple service provider to charge parts in your Mac to fix the problem.

NB>> If your mainboard is swapped out, your boot drive and all its files may not be returned to you, so be certain you have trusted backups on hand..
