Wife's new phone not listed in Find My

My wife got a new iPhone. She's still listed in Settings->Family, but her new phone does not show up in Find My, so when she asks us to ping it for her, we can't. We've restarted both phones. How do we get it to show up?

Location will not work on find my phone On iPhone 11 I was able to see my daughters find my phone location on her iPhone 11. It was synced up to my other daughter’s iPad so in the messages I deleted I stopped sharing the location. I’ve tried to add it back and it does not work. I’ve done everything and I still can’t seem to see her location. She can see everyone else and it works but no one can see her location. Under my apple account we have 3 iPads total and 2 phones signed in so I’m not sure if it’s confused by trying to find her location as all iPads accept her location and it’s all set to her phone. Not really sure what to do or how to get her location to show. Both phones have phone numbers. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
