I updated my Iphone 11 Pro Max to ios 17 and now it will not start up. It is stuck on the apple logo

I updated my iPhone 11 Pro Max to iOS 17 and now it will not start up. It is stuck on the apple logo. I have tried resetting several times. I have gone to the finder to try and erase it but it isn't connected to Wi-Fi so it can't erase it. Can anyone help me please?

Did you already try to connect in Recovery Mode to your computer, as explained in this article?
