can iPad code
Can I use iPad mini, 10th gen or pro for coding and graphic design? Can any of them handle VSCode, or PyCharm? I do python, css, c+ etc.?? Also Adobe illustrator and all adobe apps?

While iPad is a very versatile device, it is not well suited to code development. If you intend to learn and develop code, you might better consider a Mac or other computer.
As for graphic design, iPad is an ideal platform. There are graphic design Apps of all levels of complexity - ranging from basic and capable, such as Procreate, through to professional packages such as Affinity Designer 2 and Adobe Apps.
