FALSE ADVERTISING?? Airpods Pro Second Generation, the engraving not showing on the iPhone animation

Hello all,

Last April, I purchased the Airpods Pro 2 with engraving, and of course it was online.

I decided to go online, 'cause I wanted the engrave to be showed on my iPhone every time I connect my Airpods to it, just like on the animation you guys are advertising:

The Airpods arrived, the engrave is on it (🐶MËMØ👽) and they work great, no complains about the hardware, yet.

The issue is with the software, since the begging, the engraving that my case has, it won't appear in the animation my iPhone shows:

I already deleted the Airpods directly from my iPhone, also from my icloud account, the software in my phone is up to date.

I already connected them to other iphones and ipads, and it does not work.

I do not know what to do.

I went to the nearest MacStore and they told me to wait until the new iOS version is available, to see if you guys fixed this software problem, but I updated my iPhone to iOS17 and still not working.

I already post this issue in the Spanish community, but still not getting a solution!

I know that this issue does not affect the functionality of the Airpods, but the reason why I bought them online, was because of the engraving, I knew that I would buy a protective case for the AirPods case, said case would cover the engraving, but the engraving should be visible on the iPhone... that's what I thought, if I had known that it wouldn't work, I would have gone directly to the MacStore and bought the Airpods without engraving directly there and without having to wait for online shipping.

WAS IT ALL FALSE ADVERTISING??

I'm thinking about buying other Airpods for my gf, but how can I be sure the engraving will work this time? should I go directly to the MacStore and buy them there?

I really hope the English community can solve this.
