Scribble: Spanish punctuation marks.

I have tried to do the upside down question and exclamation marks in Pages, notes and freeform when writing in Spanish. I have mastered the question mark. I accidentally did an upside down exclamation mark when I write an " i " but I can't recreate this

Any tips, please?

The inverted question mark command is not functioning on the MAGIC KEYBOARD. Spanish teacher, searched existing answers. Option+Shift+? is how you do this on a Macbook. Please help. I have searched for the answer in apple communities. This is a problem with Magic Keyboard. It should act as a Macbook with the magic keyboard, but, there is one missing character. The inverted question mark. I am aware I can use the touchpad keyboard instead, but I want to use the Magic Keyboard. I am aware I can set text replacement to make my own shortcut. But- for 300$ in addition to Ipad Pro- this Spanish teacher needs this to be corrected. Please help! Thank you.

Exclamation Point / Question Mark upside down Exclamation Point and Question Mark are upside down when typing. The icon on the keyboard shows them correct, but when hold down on the button and get the pop-up, they both print inverted. Can't for the life of me figure out how to change it back. It's English (US) keyboard.
