iMessages showing message from zip code number

Help!! I continue to receive messages on my iPhone coming from a zip code number. The number that pops up is a zip code. Then the message will say this for example : CC7: then will ask you a question and wanting you to click on the link below. I’ve never clicked on the link. I’m not sure how to make these messages stop. I’ve been receiving them daily and multiple times a day! Can you help me please ?!?!
