Account removal

Trying to get a account removed from iPhone I have sent in letters from Tesco mobile proof of purchase order documents and a contact all have imei number on them.Also made an appointment with Apple Store Southampton who said the information I have will be more than satisfactory.spoke to 3 customer support team and one Senior operative and after 3 times sending this information to the account removal team they say they need more information ?
