I was deducted for Php 1950.00 from my gcash but I didnt intend to purchase any app. Also I tried to file a refund online but I cant see any history. Need help, please?

Deduction Gh150.00 has been deducted from my bank account on the 5th of January, 2023. The reason being that, I have subscribed for iTunes for which there's nothing like that on my phone. Please I demand a refund or an explanation to that act. Thank you.
