phone icon disappeared after update to 16.6.1

After latest update 16.6.1 phone icon has disappeared on iPhone 11. Why?

You may have accidentally removed it from your home screen to restore it go into the app library and search up phone, hold on the phone icon and drag it onto your home screen.
