After ios 17 update. Iphone XS all contacts went missing and cannot add new or transfer contact

I have updated my wife's iphone XS last night to iOS 17. All contacts went missing and turn out blank after update. You can see contact name in the list but when click on contact name, it is blank as see image below

When i check on the messages , you can see the name of the contact but when clicked on the info of the contact, the name of the contact is blank.

1. Have tried to add new contact but contact app remain blank
2. Have tried to transfer contact vcf into the phone but contact app remain blank
3. Have tried to restore from iCloud contact backup but contact app remain blank
4. Have tried to hard reset the phone but contact app remain blank
5. Have tried to toggle iCloud contact backup button but contact app remain blank
6. Have tried to sign out and sign in Apple ID but contact app remain blank
7. Have tried to erase network setting but contact app remain blank
8. Have tried to offload contact app but contact app remain blank
9. Have tried to erase contact app and reinstalled contact app but contact app remain blank

I have tried so many fix but not successful.

Is there anyone having similiar issue after iOS17 ? Looking for solution. Thanks
