Blue pixels in screen

I’m think this is water damage but I wanna be sure . I was walking home in the rain my iphone11 got wet my screen started glitching.. then after a while blue squares started appearing sometimes it’s gone but then they come back also they lower bottom part of my touch screen only works sometimes …help.
