Recover a blocked and deleted number

I don't yet have a reply but I think this works and I haven't found any similar or otherwise helpful answer in my research. If you have blocked someone, deleted all messages, and deleted their contact info (IN THAT ORDER) try this: Settings > Phone > Blocked Contacts...scroll through. You are going to have some recall of 3-4 digits, in order, of the number. If you see a number with a series of digits you recognize, SWIPE LEFT and an option to unblock will appear. There won't be a name or any other identifying information if you blocked, deleted messages, and then deleted contact info (in that order)--only the number remains. That's the only way I have found to unblock a number you've already deleted with no contact info. I'd also like to mention that if you went through all of that, you may not want to do this....but I wanted to, many months later. Wishing you luck...
