Or update with a computer.

Mac Finder: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iTunes - Apple Support

PC iTunes: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with the Finder - Apple Support

OR update in Recovery mode: If you can't update or restore your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support
