i have iPhone se2 and watch 7 both took revent os updates. now a workout on my watch does not go into the health app

up until Sep 15th all was working fine and now none of the activity from workouts goes from fitness/watch to health app

Cardio Fitness no longer updating in the Health App on my Apple Watch Series 7 In December the Cardio Fitness stopped logging in the Health app even though nothing had changed (as far as I am aware) and I have done similar workouts to when it did log the fitness rating. I have tried checking all the necessary boxes are checked and everything seems correct. The phone and iWatch are up to date on software updates and in order to try and resolve this I have reset my phone completely. Additionally, I have unpaired and re-paired the iWatch and phone - made no difference and I have also reset my watch completely too. None of this has made any difference. Cardio Fitness app won't update Since the latest software updates for Apple Watch 6: v. 9.3.1 (20S664); and iPhone 13 Pro Max: v. 16.3.1; the Cardio Fitness app on the iPhone has stopped updating. It's been nearly a month now. Both devices are using less than 35% of the available memory/storage. The watch hasn't been dropped, submerged or exposed to water. I've done hard resets on both devices, to no avail, and don't have any third-party fitness apps to potentially interfere with Apple Fitness apps. This appears to be an iOS / watch OS software bug. I don't want to have to wipe both devices and do a clean install. Any other options?

We'd like to share a suggestion to help you with your Health data not showing on the iPhone app. If you have already tried restarting both devices, the best step to ensure there isn't a sync issue is to unpair Unpair and erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support and pair them back together via Set up and pair your Apple Watch with iPhone - Apple Support.
