Erase and reset Apple Watch without Apple id

I was given an Apple Watch as a gift. I’m trying to pair it but I don’t have the original Apple ID and can’t get it.

Take it back to the person who gave it to you and get them to do all the things in this support article --> What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your Apple Watch, or buy one from someone else - Apple Support
