Paid for iPad repair, no acknowledgement, case number or service received

I paid $112 by credit card online to have ipad repaired. Never received any confirmation, case number or box to send in iPad. I paid for a service that I never received. On "My Support" page there is no record of the payment or outstanding service case, but Apple took my money off my credit card. There is no way to get hold of Apple to try and resolve the issue.

Hi WillieJacobsz,

The first thing that would be recommended in this situation would be to ensure you arranged service and provided payment to Apple and not some other company pretending to be Apple.

If that transaction was processed by and with Apple directly, contacting them would be necessary to inquire further as to the status of your repair. Apple Support is one way you can attempt to reach them. You may also try calling their support using a number from Contact Apple for support and service.

Regards.
