If the yellow tone occurs only when previewing with the Camera app, then see if the behavior is due to Night Shift being enabled to isolate the issue. Check out those steps in the following article:

Turn Night Shift on or off

You can turn on Night Shift manually, which is helpful when you’re in a darkened room during the day.

Open Control Center, touch and hold , then tap .
