Bootcamp troubles on iMac with Win 7 Ultimate
I have had to live a dual platform life for several years, but finally got a fresh clean and legal Win 7. I called support, who talked me through to the point where it was installing.
The screen said that the computer would start and restart several times. It seems to go to sleep instead.
I have tried rebooting, as well as reloading Win 7 on the 32GB partition. Still sleepy, w/o ever coming up.
I have reset my screen saver and power save units to "never" for the duration. I am using the remote keyboard that comes with the iMac, though I did get a USB mouse to work with (I tried with the remote mouse too, but no difference).
What am I doing wrong? Is this common? How long should I stare at a blank screen?
