Black screen asks about voiceover

Just bought a used macbook online it had pics of screen were you could see images. Once I received, screen is black and starts asking about voiceover? Macbook air model a 2179

VoiceOver Activating on Startup & Restart including Safe Mode I'm using a 2021 M1 MacBook Pro running macOS 13.2.1. Recently, upon restart & startup, the VoiceOver utility appears at Login screen. VoiceOver is turned off in System Settings but that makes no difference. Safe Mode is the same. Any ideas?

Voiceover off but mac narrates Hi! please can someone help me, I am at work and my MacBook keeps narrating but voice over is off. I tried to mute it but my job requires me to show videos and present so I cannot have it totally muted. I have restarted it but there is still the narration. Thank you

How to turn off VoiceOver mode on a locked MacBook Pro? VoiceOver mode is turned on and requires password to unlock the computer.
