How do I assure I don’t get charged for an app that said it was free

Flo Pregnancy app was downloaded now we are getting emails that we will be charged if we don’t cancel but the link to cancel doesn’t work. It’s a scam and I don’t want to pay. Help

Contact Apple for App Store Purchases:

Where did you purchase this? Is if from the App Store? If so, it is probably no more than a glitch. If not, then contact the Developer.

Apple Contact Info:

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • Proceed from there, as necessary
  • Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
