"Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes"

Everytime i try to download any app "Your account has been disabled in the App store and iTunes. And i have changed my password multiple times, whats the problem?

iPhone 12, iOS 16

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support when they're open.
