iphone7 plus sound issues

i currently have an iphone 7 plus and just today when i tried calling i cannot hear the person im on call with and they cant hear me. Also the audio also doesnt work when i take videos or try and send voice messages my siri doesn’t respond to me as well.. any suggestions?

After checking the mic and speaker are not full of dirt, (new dry toothbrush) it may be time for an upgrade to a new phone.

With a phone that old you might want to try an independent repairer.
