How do I apply the security key to my iPhone 13?
I’m not a coder or anything close but I’d like to know how to apply the security key to my iPhone 13 … I do not have a Mac or pc at the moment.

Sorry, your question is not very clear.
The Security code in the support document you posted from, has nothing to do with iPhones. Its meant as a way to validate any messages or notifications received from the Apple Security Team. If you aren't coding or involved in tasks involving the Apple security team, then the security key there is of no use to you.
What exactly are you trying to accomplish? Why do you think you need the security key in that support document?
