Apple ID purchase history missing
Missing funds, missing App Store purchases, missing in game purchases. I have no option to install free games only “get” option even if I bought and played those games before.

We understand you're not seeing your previous purchases. We'd be happy to provide information to help you address this.
Based on what you're describing, it sounds like you're signed into a different Apple ID than where you completed your purchases. Go to Settings > ["Your Name"] > Media & Purchases and sign out. You'll want to sign in to the Apple ID from where you completed the purchases.
