Liquid detected

Hi I got water in my charging port. And idk how long it’ll take to dry I’m using a wireless charger to charge my phone is that okay to do ?

‘water in charging port’ but it’s just damp? so i’m not actually sure on how water got into my charging port—i’m gonna assume it was from my water bottle sweating or something—but i got the ‘water detected’ notification and immediately unplugged. the charger was wet (somehow?) but when i tapped my phone against my hand, no water came out. i have one of those water eject shortcuts on my phone too, so i used that, and nothing still came out. how long would i need to wait until i can charge my phone again? i need it charged for today.

Yes use wireless but keep it backed up to icloud in case it dies.
