TV.app does not sign in and returns a “there is a temporary problem completing your request”

On my iMac late 2012, MacOS 10.15.7 (the most advanced MacOS I can use on my iMac), my application TV.app does not sign in and returns a “there is a temporary problem completing your request” feedback.

Tried to restart and search this community, with no avail.

If the problem is due to my old operative system, well, unfortunately I can’t afford a new Mac just to have a functioning TV.app. I’m aware that I can’t rely on an hardware 11 years old, but It works well for me for everything else I have to do.
