I had a pending few days ago from apple, but the pending disappeared when I check the mobile app this morning, does that mean that the payment got declined? I haven’t received any email from apple talking about this, the status in Apple Store is processing

No, it simply means it moved along in the purchase process, to the "Processing" stage.
You won't get charged until its ready to ship. Had it been declined, it would have said as much before moving on to "processing". It won't process the order, if there's an issue with the payment method.
