Since upgrading to WatchOS 10, the weather complications do not work.
I have tried several different weather apps but none work.

Can confirm the new "bug" (watchOS 10.3) with weather not working has to do with Wi-Fi on the phone/watch.
Turning off Wi-Fi on the phone and forcing phone/watch to use cellular allows the weather complication to load properly. Noticed the issue was only happening at home and not when out running errands or at work where I'd be on cellular.
This is a new/distinct bug compared to the older issue that was occuring in the Fall. Really frustrating Apple can't get this right considering how important this feature is.
Confirming that switching from 24 to 12 and then back to 24 h clock resolved the issue
Must only be released for AWU 2. I’m on AWU 1 and I don’t see 10.0.2 :-(
Thx so much!! Drove me crazy. Worked for me as well once I toggled on and off in the phones settings.
Update didn’t fix the weather app even after 12/24 hrs change.
How long has it been since you updated to WatchOS 10?
I updated as soon as I got this ultra 2 last Friday
Version 10.0.2 seems to fix it.

10.0.2 is for AWU 2. Mine is AWU 1.
I thought so but it came back to blank on my watch 😞
Thanks Robin - this was exactly the same for me too. I did a complete watch reset - wish I had wait for bug fix but it's really annoying. I hadn't realised how much I referenced this data.
While using the app
Using the app is fine, the data appears but in the complication it is blank.
It worked for me, not sure why it doesn’t for you.
Toggling 24 hour time off and on fixed the issue for me. Bizarre that it would be stopping the updates.
