How do I know what original software came on iPhone. I never paid attention 2 years ago so I don't know and I feel it's not even close. I feel it has something to do with a developer

Why do you need to know what iOS version it came with?
Its completely irrelevant. You can't go back to it, and whatever it has now, is what it has. It can update to a newer version if one is available and it supports it however.
What does this have to do with a developer?
Perhaps if you explain exactly what is happening or what you are trying to determine, somebody can provide more specific help.
