iOS 17 is out of beta. It has been publicly released. You don't need to enroll in the beta to get iOS 17 now.

Just go to Settings ➜ General ➜ Software Update to get iOS 17.

If you are enrolled in the iOS 16 Beta, turn off the beta in Software update, and remove the profile in Settings ➜ General ➜ VPN and Device Management.

Then restart your iPhone, and check for updates again.

Running a beta with your use of the word “need” here is a serious risk.

I’m would discourage running any beta with data you need available and uncorrupted, with any apps you need to work, with any devices you need to work, and with any iCloud data you need available and uncorrupted.

If you can’t wipe and start over without restoring, you should not be running a beta.
