M1 Pro MBP Sudden Decrease in Battery Capacity

Hello, I am coming on the 1 year mark with my 2021 M1 Pro MBP and I use this as a daily machine for work & classes and usually leave my laptop plugged in except if I need to take it outside for a couple hours a day. I only tend to drain 10-40% during this timeframe and I make sure to occasionally let the battery fully discharge to re-calibrate. The battery seemed to be degrading at a normal rate up until 3 months ago, when the design capacity and battery capacity started to decline at an alarming rate from 99% 3 months ago to now just 91% in a matter of months. Every couple of days sees another drop in percentage even when I'm not using it on battery.

I've read elsewhere that macOS artificially lowers the battery capacity if it detects little use, but my use has been about the same over the past year and I'm coming up on the 1 year warranty mark in late October, should this be a cause for concern?
