Backups need to happen before something goes wrong. If you have not backed up your data, you will lose your data and there is no workaround for that. This will be a painful lesson. It's beyond simple to backup an iPhone when its plugged in to charge and connected to Wifi. It even happens automatically, every night, if you turned on iCloud backup. If you didn't, your data is gone.
