I forget my backup password
recently i created backup of my iphone and now i want to restore backup to my new iphone but i forget my backup password

To clarify, did you create the backup to a computer or to iCloud? The reason we ask is because the process for recovering the password is different.
If you forgot the password for your Apple ID/iCloud account, you'll want to follow the actions provided in, If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support.
If you created the backup to a computer and used the option to encrypt it, check out If you can’t remember the password for your encrypted backup - Apple Support to review your options.
