We cannot know. We are not Apple but rather your fellow end users. We have no more access to Apple databases than you. However you can look it up based on your Apple ID. Start here:

If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support

The most important part of that article is "View your purchase history." If Apple does NOT show a record of the charges in your history, it is very possible that scammers have gained access to your credit card or bank number and are pretending to be Apple. It happened to us.

If that is the case, only your CARD ISSUER or BANK can remedy it.

If Apple’s purchase history shows the purchase, continue with the instructions in that article.

⚠️ Important note for properly reviewing your Apple purchase history: If you are using Family Sharing, make sure you set the "Apple ID" box to the "All" option to get a complete history of purchase Apple shows for your account:

All I could find is a Brazilian CCTV app called Full Access, but that listed as a free app without in-app purchases. So that can’t be it.

Do you see this listed in your subscriptions overview as linked? Else where do you have this description?

Unwanted/No longer wanted subscriptions listed there can be canceled.

You may request a refund for erroneous recent purchases, to be decided on by the staff.

Else contact Apple Support for assistance with billing and subscriptions.
