How do I change my billing date of the month?

My disability payment comes at the beginning of the month and Apple bills me mid-month, which on many months, due to various expenses occurring, cannot get paid as I’m often out of money by that time of month. Trying to get all of my bills to arrive at an appropriate time every month.
