Why is my balance NOT being charged against for my Apple apps? It is loaded and on the top line above my Visa card
I have a $30.02 balance. It’s listed on the top while the bottom has my Visa card listed and has charged that for my monthly apps as a default. Why is my top line balance not being used first?
