Spotlight searching without a file name?

I'm looking for anything on my Mac >1GB. Use Spotlight, right?

Opening a search with command-F brings up the normal window, and asks me to type in a file name in the upper right corner, and nothing happens without something in that box. But I don't know the file name, and don't care about it, either, so how to I execute my search without a file name?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.6
