My Card in Contacts Sharing Between Two Different Apple ID's.

I have two phones (11 and 14 Pro) that have a different Apple ID on each (one personal and one for work). I have the contacts shared between the two accounts. I attempted to update My Card today on my work phone, and it made the exact same change to My Card on my personal phone. I changed the info back to what it was on my personal phone, and it made the same changes again to my work phone. Is this because I have my contacts synced across both Apple ID's? If so, is there any way I can keep the My Card's unique to each Apple ID?
