Purchased tone showing in ringtone but not text tones

My purchased tones (the 3 mario tones) only show up in the Ringtone section but not the Text Tones section. They used to be my text tones... and I don't intend on using them as a ringtone. I'm running into this problem as I'm transferring data/purchases from iPhone 12 to my new iPhone 15 Pro right now. Anyone know how to fix this or why I'm running into this issue? Thanks!
