Problem when upgrading to macOS Monterey

So my 2016 2 thunderbolt 13” Macbook Pro was on macOS 11.5.2 Big Sur. I decided to try and update it to Monterey, but its been frozen on the same part for a long time (while trying to start up I think) Do I just need to be patient? There is no panic.apple.com error message.

I will give any extra information needed to deduce the cause and actions to take, but I was not here during the time the update was being installed.

What is presented in above image appears to be the computer booted in Verbose Mode

You may consider removing ALL external Drives and connecting the computer to the charger

Force Shut down by Holding the Power Button until it goes Off.

1 - Restart in Safe Mode. This will perform a Disk Repair, clear cache files and only load Apple Software, extensions and fonts. The boot up will be slow and can take some time - Normal.

2 - Safe Mode will also eliminate Third Party Software, extensions and drivers from loading. It will only load the Minimum amount of Core Apple Processes to allow the the computer to function at a reduced Level of Performance

If your machine is Lucky, it may or may not compete the upGrade successfully
