Is using a 140W Power Adapter on my iPhone bad?

So a while ago I lost the 20W Power Adapter that I use for my iPhone, so I started using my 140W Power Adapter that I also use for my MacBook. it charges pretty fast and so far I haven't had any issues, but I started wondering if using a 140W Power Adapter like I've been doing could be problematic for my iPhone since the wattage is so high, I really don't want to damage my battery and was wondering if someone could help me out, I plan to get the new iPhone 15 Plus so I want to know how to not damage the batteries on phones so when I get the 15 Plus I can take really good care of it.
