Locked out of my MacBook. I have no idea why my login password won’t work. I’ve followed directions for inputting incorrect password 3 times, but I never get a question mark nor does the arrow key open. This is after inputting my login password in multiple times. I can’t even get a prompt to use my Apple ID password
