after exporting my health data to notes, the notes app started to crash. It crashes a few seconds after opening the app. I already deleted the note with exported health data, and also deleted most of the notes I don't use. I tried all the advices I found online, nothing helps. I updated the software, turned off iCloud for notes and restarted the phone - nothing works. Please help.

I forgot to mention that the notes app doesn't crash if it is not connected to iCloud.
There is an option to export all health data, and when you press it you have an option to export it to notes.
It basically creates an xml file with all the records from the health app. I am using iPhone's for years and the xml file was huge, more than 1 000 000 records are in the file. So I thought notes crashes because the file is too big. but I deleted it and it still crashes..
Did I explain what I imported in a clear enough way? I am not a native English speaker, so sorry for any mistakes or misunderstandings.
I am not clear how and what did you import from Health app.
