eSIM Activation Issue on iPhone 13

Dear Apple Support,

The problem I am facing is related to eSIM activation. Despite the fact that my iPhone 13 does not seem to offer the option to add an eSIM through the settings or scan QR, it does display two IMEI numbers when I dial *#06#. However, I have confirmed that the SIM slot only supports one number, and there is no provision for a secondary SIM card. Additionally, I noticed that the model number physically written on the SIM slot tray is A2482, but the settings on my device indicate a different model number, A2634.

Model numbers: A2482 (United States), A2631 (Canada, Japan, Mexico, Saudi Arabia), A2634 (China mainland, Hong Kong, Macao), A2635 (Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia), A2633 (other countires and regions)

eSIM on iPhone is not offered in China mainland. In Hong Kong and Macao, iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone SE (2nd and 3rd generation) and iPhone XS feature eSIM. Find out about using Dual SIM with two nano-SIM cards in China mainland, Hong Kong and Macao.

How to install the nano-SIM cards

Insert a paper clip or SIM eject tool into the small hole of the SIM card tray, then push in toward iPhone to remove your SIM tray, notice the notch in one corner of the new SIM card. Place the new SIM card into the bottom of the tray — it will fit only one way, because of the notch. Then insert the other SIM card into the top tray.

With the two nano-SIM cards in place, insert the SIM tray back into the device completely and in the same orientation that you removed it. The tray fits only one way.
