How to have dual sim iMessage and FaceTime?

Hey guys, I have dual sim on my iPhone 13 Pro and was trying to have both mobile numbers to have iMessage and FaceTime. I wasn't sure why 1 mobile number is working and able to have both iMessage and FaceTime but another mobile number wasn't working. I am currently in New Zealand and the mobile number works for iMessage and FaceTime but my mobile number in Malaysia is unable to activate for iMessage and FaceTime. It keeps loading and loading. Please guide me the process to have both iMessage and FaceTime. Thanks.

We'd first suggest checking to ensure that your cellular service provider for your Malaysia number supports FaceTime and iMessage, SMS text messaging would also need to be supported for activation.
