Just Bought a lightning HDMI AV Adapter. It worked quite nicely till Ipados 17 update; mirroring became very fuzzy especially with motion it gets really bad, I have tried multiple hdmi cables and I am on the latest Ipados update. video streaming quality is good though.

Are you referring the Motion app for macOS? Also, in what manner are you using your Mac to mirror to your iPad? Generally Apple would recommend Sidecar for using your iPad as a secondary display:

I am connecting my iPad to an external monitor through the lighting HDMI adapter, and what I meant by motion is casually navigating through apps / Home screen.
I have used multiple HDMI cables all give the same issue, for the lightning HDMI adapter i have got only one adapter and it is the official one.
